<About resale＞
If you are suddenly unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, this service allows you to resell your tickets at the original price to anyone who wants them.
*This is different from refunds or cancellations.

[Resale acceptance period (first come, first served)]
■ Resale acceptance for September performances
Resale: 9/13 (Tue) 12:00 ~ 23:59 the day before each performance
 
■Resale acceptance for October performances
Resale: 12:00 on Tuesday, October 4th - 23:59 on the day before each performance
 
■Resale acceptance for November performances
Resale: 12:00 on November 1st (Tue) - 23:59 on the day before each performance
 
■Resale acceptance for December performances
Resale: 12:00 on Monday, November 28th - 23:59 on the day before each performance

<About refunds>
We will provide refunds to customers who are unable to attend the performance due to illness on the day of the performance or changes in the situation.

In order to receive a refund, the e-ticket must remain unused (untorn).
If you wish to receive a refund, please do not accept the e-ticket or, if you do receive it, do not tear it off yourself. If the ticket has been torn off, we will be unable to provide a refund.
