Regarding refunds for performances hosted by our company
Dear Scoundrels,
Thank you very much for your continued support of ASP.
In light of the current situation with the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have been offering special refunds for customers who were unable to attend our performances due to feeling unwell on the day of the show or changes in the situation.
However, unfortunately, we have confirmed a number of cases of customers abusing this system and gaining unauthorized entry.
After much discussion amongst our staff, we have decided, although it is unfortunate, that we will no longer be offering refunds for future performances hosted by our company.
For customers who are unable to attend due to poor health or changes in the situation in the future, please take advantage of our official resale service.

If you are suddenly unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, this service allows you to resell your tickets at the original price to anyone who wants them.
*This is different from refunds or cancellations.
