Regarding the "GOD SAVE the ASP TOUR" Kumamoto and Fukuoka performances, rescheduled performances have been decided.
For customers who will be attending, please read the following items, understand and agree to them,
We hope you will come and join us at the performance.
Due to the rescheduling, the venue for both performances will change, but they will still be in the same building.
◆Target performance: September 18th (Sun) Kumamoto DRUM Be-9 V2
→ Rescheduled performance: October 23rd (Sun) Kumamoto B.9 V1
◆Target performance: Monday, September 19th DRUM Be-1
→Rescheduled performance: Saturday, October 22nd, Fukuoka DRUM SON

Regarding resale, we will make another announcement after refunds have been completed.

Your current tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled performance, so please keep them as they are without uninstalling tixeebox.
Unfortunately, we will provide ticket refunds to customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance.
Your tickets will be required for the rescheduled performance and for refunds, so please keep them as they are and do not uninstall tixeebox.
The details on the electronic ticket and the purchase history on your My Page will remain as they are for the Kumamoto performance on Sunday, September 18, 2022 and the Fukuoka performance on Monday, September 19, 2022, but the tickets will be rescheduled to the same performances with the same door opening and start times. Seat numbers will also remain the same. If you would like to attend another performance, please refund your existing ticket and purchase a new one during the resale.

*Please note that if your ticket has been torn off, it will not be eligible for a refund.
*The refund amount will include the ticket price, system usage fee, ticket issuing fee, and special sales usage fee for customers who have been charged special sales usage fees. (Payment fees are not eligible for refund.)
*Please note that you will not be able to process a refund after the refund period has passed.
*Refund procedures can be completed by either the purchaser or the companion. If the tickets have been distributed to the companion, the companion can make the refund themselves.
In order to receive a refund, the e-ticket must remain unused (untorn).
If you wish to receive a refund, please do not accept the e-ticket or, if you do receive it, do not tear it off yourself. If the ticket has been torn off, we will be unable to provide a refund.
