Relaxation of guidelines for ASP-sponsored performances

Dear Scoundrels,
Thank you very much for your continued support of ASP.

Since the spread of COVID-19 infections began in the spring of 2020, we have established guidelines for performance implementation to ensure that our customers can visit our shows safely and with peace of mind. We would like to once again express our gratitude to all of you who have attended our shows since then for your understanding of the guidelines and your cooperation in the various infection prevention measures that we have requested.

In response to the government's easing of restrictions on activities, we will be relaxing the rules regarding shouting during ASP-sponsored performances that are currently announced to go ahead.
During the performance, you will be required to wear a non-woven mask, and you will be able to speak loudly enough to talk to the person sitting next to you.
However, for health reasons, we ask that you refrain from repeatedly or continuously speaking at a louder volume than usual. Refunds will not be offered due to the relaxation of the measures regarding speaking. If you are unable to attend the event, please use the official resale function.

We will continue to take the following measures to prevent the spread of infection at event venues.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation from all visitors.

<About the performance>
The number of attendees for each performance will be based on announcements from the government and local governments at the time each performance is announced.

■We plan to sell tickets based on the capacity of the venue based on government and local government guidelines regarding restrictions on holding events due to the new coronavirus.
■Seating arrangements may change depending on government and local government announcements.
■The number of seats will be determined in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the regulations set by the venue.
■While the doors are open, during the performance, and after the performance, we will take the best possible measures to ensure continuous and efficient ventilation, such as by using air conditioning in the venue and opening the doors.
■We will thoroughly disinfect all facilities in the venue, including seats, lobbies, and restrooms, before each performance (before the doors open).
■Venue staff are required to wear masks and will maintain a certain distance from customers when serving them.
■All tickets for this performance will be sold as digital tickets.
■If the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, government agencies, or local governments request that we refrain from holding performances, we may postpone or cancel the performance. Even if we are not requested to refrain from holding the performance, we may postpone or cancel the performance, or change the content of the event, based on a comprehensive assessment of the spread of infection.
■In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the following people will be denied entry:
- People who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher (fever 1 degree higher than normal) on the day of the performance (please take your temperature before heading to the venue)
・Those who are concerned about their physical condition, such as fatigue
・Those who are not wearing a mask
-Those who have traveled to countries or areas subject to government entry restrictions within two weeks of the performance date
- Those who have a family member or close friend infected with COVID-19, or those who have had contact with a person infected with COVID-19
-If you have consumed alcohol, your body temperature may not be measured properly and you may be denied entry.
