*The special event will be held with a splash prevention sheet between us. Members will not wear masks, but customers are required to wear masks.

<About reservations at Tower Records>
・Reservations can be registered via your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
・Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register for a reservation.
Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive emails.
・The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows.
① Scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
②Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.
③When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, please access the reservation registration screen using the URL in the body of the email.
④You can choose to receive your item either at Tower Records Shinjuku on the 10th floor or have it delivered to your home (an additional 900 yen shipping fee will be charged).
⑤Select the item you wish to reserve, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register the reservation details.
⑥Once your reservation registration is complete, you will be shown a QR code for payment. Please present this QR code at the cash register at the venue.
⑦After confirming your reservation details and making payment, we will give you the bonus according to the product.
⑧After completing the payment, you will receive an email to your registered email address titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item."
*The "Payment Complete/Receive Instructions" email is necessary for in-store pickup and delivery status inquiries, so

About picking up at Tower Records
You can choose from the following methods to receive your product:
Store pickup: Pick up at the store where you made your reservation (store cannot be specified)
Home delivery: Delivery fee of 900 yen will be charged. (We do not deliver to hotels or overseas addresses.)
*The receipt method cannot be changed after payment has been completed.
・Products can be picked up at the store from the evening of Tuesday, April 25th onwards.
When receiving your item, please open the URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and show us the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
・If you have requested delivery, we will deliver the items in order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information in the "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive the item" email.
- The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date.
・If you are unable to receive the item by the specified date due to long-term absence, unknown address, or inability to contact us for receipt, we will be unable to hand over the item to you. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the purchase price, so please be aware of this in advance.
・We cannot accept any changes/cancellations/returns/refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer convenience. (This also applies to cases of product delays, etc.)
・If you are unable to receive the product within a certain period due to your circumstances and it becomes necessary to redeliver or forward the product, you will be responsible for the costs incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
■How to participate
On the day of the event, from the opening time at the elevator hall on the 9th floor of Tower Records Shinjuku, you will receive one "numbered admission ticket" and the number of "ASP tickets" corresponding to the item you reserved for each eligible CD you reserve.
For those who reserve two or more copies of the same CD at the same time, "serial numbered admission tickets" will be distributed limited to one per person per transaction per session, and "ASP tickets" will be given out according to the number of copies reserved.
Both "serial numbered admission tickets" and "ASP tickets" are available in limited numbers. Distribution will end as soon as the planned number is reached.
Please note that products purchased at the event venue cannot include CD shop bonuses or any other bonuses.
*Serial numbers for "serialized admission tickets" will be distributed randomly.
*ASP tickets will be given out according to the number of reservations.
*Numbered admission tickets and ASP tickets can only be used on the day of the event.
*The number of "serial numbered admission tickets" and "ASP tickets" is limited, so sales will close once they are gone.
*After distribution of the "numbered admission tickets" has ended, we may hand out "back-up admission tickets." You may be able to enter depending on the availability of event space, but we cannot guarantee your admission.
*The number of "reserve admission tickets" is limited. Distribution will end as soon as the planned number is reached.
*Numbered admission tickets and ASP tickets will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
*We will not accept returns or refunds for the affected products. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product.
*There are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk.
*Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied participation in the event.

★Individual member photo session★
3 ASP tickets = You can participate in individual member photo sessions.
*Please make sure that all customers wear masks, and the special event will be held behind an acrylic panel or vinyl curtain. Customers must also wear a mask when participating in the special event. Customers who are not wearing a mask will be denied participation in the event and special event.
*You can choose members for both individual and group sessions.
*ASP tickets will be collected from everyone who will be photographed during the shoot.
Please note that if you do not have an ASP ticket, you will not be able to take photos together.
Example: If there are 2 customers and 1 member: 6 ASP tickets will be collected and 2 photos will be taken.
*Preschool children can have their photos taken with their parents.
If only children are photographed, we will collect the necessary number of ASP tickets.
The staff will determine whether a child is a preschooler or not.
■ Prohibited acts
*An action that takes time to take a Polaroid photo.
*The act of forcing members to eat or drink.
* Forcing members to wear items specified by the customer (e.g. T-shirts or costumes)
*Excessive touching of members.
*Please place your bags and other belongings before collecting your ASP ticket, or bring them with you when participating. (Placing your belongings on the ground after collecting your ASP ticket is prohibited.)
■ Notes
*Those who do not have an "ASP ticket" cannot participate in the special event.
*We will close the reception when there are only two customers left in the queue for the special event. We will not be accepting any more reservations after that, so please be careful and queue up early.
*Please note that the ASP ticket will become invalid after the special event ends.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue. This may result in the event being canceled.
*Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers in the store.
*Please note that reserving space by leaving your belongings or sitting down within the facility or venue is prohibited. Please note that you may be asked to move at the instruction of staff.
*Please note that due to event space limitations, the special event may end even if there are customers waiting in line.
*Please note that we will not reissue "ASP tickets" if they are lost or stolen. In addition, they are only valid at the distribution venue.
