If you wish to participate in the special event, please arrive at the event before the start time.

■How to participate in the special event
★Procedure for the special event: Group shot → Individual member photo session

★Group shot★ (taken with multiple members at the same time)
4 ASP tickets → Photo shoot with 2 members
5 ASP tickets → Photo shoot with 3 members
6 ASP tickets → Photo shoot with 4 members
7 ASP tickets → Photo shoot with 5 members
8 ASP tickets → Photo shoot with 6 members
9 ASP tickets → Photo shoot with all 7 members

★Individual member photo session★
3 ASP tickets = You can participate in individual member photo sessions.

*You can choose members for both individual and group sessions.
*ASP tickets will be collected from everyone who will be photographed during the shoot.
Please note that if you do not have an ASP ticket, you will not be able to take photos together.
Example: If there are 2 customers and 1 member: 6 ASP tickets will be collected and 2 photos will be taken.
*Preschool children can have their photos taken with their parents.
If only children are photographed, we will collect the necessary number of ASP tickets.
The staff will determine whether a child is a preschooler or not.
*Only those with tickets to the live show will be able to participate in all venues and special events.


■ Prohibited acts
*An action that takes time to take a Polaroid photo.
*The act of forcing members to eat or drink.
* Forcing members to wear items specified by the customer (e.g. T-shirts or costumes)
*Touching members.
*Please place your bags and other belongings before collecting your ASP ticket, or bring them with you when participating. (Placing your belongings on the ground after collecting your ASP ticket is prohibited.)


■ Notes
*Those who do not have an "ASP ticket" cannot participate in the special event.
*For all special events, we will close the reception when there are only two customers left in the queue. After that, we will not be accepting any more reservations, so please be careful and queue up early.
*Please note that the ASP ticket will become invalid after the special event ends.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue. This may result in the event being canceled.
*Please note that reserving space by leaving your belongings or sitting down within the facility or venue is prohibited. Please note that you may be asked to move at the instruction of staff.
*Please do not leave luggage or other items to reserve a spot for your companions, or have your companions cut in line later.
*Please note that ASP tickets will not be reissued if lost or stolen. Also, they are only valid at the distribution venue.
*Please note that we will not offer refunds for any purchased products. Defective products will be exchanged for good products.
*Please refrain from staying up all night at the venue as this will cause inconvenience to local residents. If we find anyone staying up all night, we may cancel the event.
*Please refrain from any immoral behavior at or near the venue.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. on the day will be borne by the customer.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please take care of your own valuables.
*Please note that the content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Bringing dangerous items or alcoholic beverages, and participating in events while intoxicated are prohibited. Depending on the circumstances, you may be refused participation in future events.
*If the event is deemed impossible due to force majeure such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transportation strikes, the event will be canceled (including mid-event cancellations).
*In order to ensure that everyone who has gathered can enjoy the event, we may guide small children and people with disabilities to a place where they can see easily, such as the front row, just before the event starts. We ask for your understanding.
*Please cooperate in securing space for passage.

<Performance Implementation Guidelines>
●In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, please refrain from visiting if you have any of the following symptoms.
-Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher on the day of the performance.
- Those with symptoms such as general fatigue, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, loss of taste/smell, eye pain/conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting.
-Those who have traveled to countries or regions where the government has imposed entry restrictions and requires an observation period after entry within two weeks prior to the performance date.
-People who have a family member living with them who is suspected of being infected.
●Please bring a mask and wear it during the performance. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
●To prevent droplet infection, loud conversation and cheering are prohibited.
●Please cooperate with temperature checks upon entry.
●Hand sanitizer will be installed at the entrance and lobby. Please cooperate by frequently disinfecting your hands.
●Please be sure to keep a record of your seat location for one month after the event date.
●Staff will wear masks etc. and maintain a certain distance from customers when serving them.
●During the performance, the doors to the venue will be opened periodically and the venue's air conditioning system will be used to ventilate the venue.
●Details about merchandise, CD sales, and special events at the venue on the day of the performance will be announced at a later date.
●As a measure against COVID-19, we will not be accepting celebratory flowers.
●Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please note that there are no smoking areas.
●Coin lockers and cloakrooms are available for use inside the venue.
●In addition to the above, we may make various requests to avoid congestion when entering and exiting the venue.
●Please note that the event content may be changed or the performance may be canceled.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
