Mini live + special event
*The venue is an outdoor open space. The event will be held rain or shine, but may be canceled or the contents may change in the event of severe weather. For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas and parasols is prohibited. Please prepare your own rain gear, such as hats to protect yourself from the sun, measures to prevent heatstroke, and raincoats.
*The special event will be held with a splash prevention sheet between us. Wearing a mask during the mini live and special event is optional.

<About reservations>
・Reservations can be registered via your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
・Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register for a reservation.
Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive emails.
・The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows.
① Scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
②Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.
③When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, please access the reservation registration screen using the URL in the body of the email.
④ Choose to receive your item at Tower Records LaLaport Tachikawa Tachihi store or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
⑤Select the item you wish to reserve, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register the reservation details.
⑥Once your reservation registration is complete, you will be shown a QR code for payment. Please present this QR code at the cash register at the venue.
⑦After confirming your reservation details and making payment, we will give you the bonus according to the product.
⑧After completing the payment, you will receive an email to your registered email address titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item."

About receiving your order
You can choose from the following methods to receive your product:
Store pickup: Pick up at Tower Records LaLaport Tachikawa Tachihi store (store cannot be specified)
Home delivery: Delivery fee 900 yen (We do not ship to hotels or overseas addresses.)
*The receipt method cannot be changed after payment has been completed.
・Products can be picked up at the store from the evening of Tuesday, August 8th onwards.
When receiving your product, please open the URL for your order information in the "Payment Complete/Instructions on How to Receive" email.
Please present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
If you wish to have your item delivered, please read the "Payment Complete/Information on how to receive your item" email.
Your order will be shipped in order of the expected shipping date stated in your order information.
- The product reservation period will be four weeks from the release date, until Wednesday, September 6th.
・If you are unable to receive the parcel by the specified date due to reasons such as an extended absence, an unknown address, or being unable to contact the parcel delivery address,
Please note that we will not be able to hand over the product to you. In that case, we will not be able to refund the purchase price.

・If you are unable to receive the product within a certain period due to your circumstances and it becomes necessary to redeliver or forward the product, the costs incurred will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
■How to participate
From 12:30 on the day of the event, for each eligible CD purchased, you will receive one "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" and the number of "ASP tickets" depending on the product purchased.
If you have a "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number", please gather near the event space 30 minutes before the start of the mini live. You will be guided to the priority viewing area in front of the stage in order of serial number. If you are not at the meeting place at the appointed time, you will be admitted from the back of the line.
Please refrain from staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to the surrounding area.
The number of "Numbered Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets" and "ASP Tickets" are both limited. Distribution will end as soon as the planned number is reached.
Please note that products purchased at the event venue cannot include CD shop bonuses or any other bonuses.
* Only one "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" will be given per transaction.
*Serial numbers for the "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly.
*ASP tickets will be given to you according to the number purchased.
*The "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" and "ASP ticket" can only be used on the day of the event.
*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets with serial numbers" and "ASP tickets" is limited, so sales will close once they are sold out.
*Numbered priority viewing area admission tickets and ASP tickets will not be reissued if lost or stolen.

*The venue is outdoors. Please bring a hat, towel, etc. to protect yourself from direct sunlight. Please wear clothes that can withstand changing weather conditions and take good care of your health.
*In the event of rain, viewing the event with an umbrella (including a parasol) will be prohibited. We ask for your cooperation in bringing rain gear such as a raincoat in advance.

3 ASP tickets = You can participate in individual member photo sessions.
*The special event will be held behind an acrylic panel or vinyl curtain. Wearing a mask is optional.
*You can choose members for both individual and group sessions.
*ASP tickets will be collected from everyone who will be photographed during the shoot.
Please note that if you do not have an ASP ticket, you will not be able to take photos together.
Example: If there are 2 customers and 1 member: 6 ASP tickets will be collected and 2 photos will be taken.
*Preschool children can have their photos taken with their parents.
If only children are photographed, we will collect the necessary number of ASP tickets.
The staff will determine whether a child is a preschooler or not.
■ Prohibited acts
*An action that takes time to take a Polaroid photo.
*The act of forcing members to eat or drink.
* Forcing members to wear items specified by the customer (e.g. T-shirts or costumes)
*Touching members.
*Please place your bags and other belongings before collecting your ASP ticket, or bring them with you when participating. (Placing your belongings on the ground after collecting your ASP ticket is prohibited.)
■ Notes
*Those who do not have an "ASP ticket" cannot participate in the special event.
*We will close the reception when there are only two customers left in the queue for the special event. We will not be accepting any more reservations after that, so please be careful and queue up early.
*Please note that the ASP ticket will become invalid after the special event ends.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue. This may result in the event being canceled.
*Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers in the store.
*Please note that reserving space by leaving your belongings or sitting down within the facility or venue is prohibited. Please note that you may be asked to move at the instruction of staff.
*The use of picnic sheets, ladders or platforms, or climbing up steps to view the exhibits is prohibited in all areas.
*Please do not leave luggage or other items to reserve a spot for your companions, or have your companions cut in line later.
*Staff may remove any luggage that is left behind. The organizers and facility will not take any responsibility for any luggage that is removed.
*Please note that due to event space limitations, the special event may end even if there are customers waiting in line.
*Please note that we will not reissue "ASP tickets" if they are lost or stolen. In addition, they are only valid at the distribution venue.
*Please note that we will not offer refunds for any purchased products. Defective products will be exchanged for good products.
*Please refrain from staying up all night at the venue as this will cause inconvenience to local residents. If we find anyone staying up all night, we may cancel the event.
*Please refrain from any immoral behavior at or near the venue.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. on the day will be borne by the customer.
*Please note that the content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
*If the event is deemed impossible due to force majeure such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transportation strikes, the event will be canceled (including mid-event cancellations).
*In order to ensure that everyone who has gathered can enjoy the event, we may guide small children and people with disabilities to a place where they can see easily, such as the front row, just before the event starts. We ask for your understanding.
*Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited at the event venue. Please use the designated smoking areas.
*Bringing dangerous items or alcoholic beverages, and participating in the event in an intoxicated state is prohibited.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please take care of your own valuables.
*Please note that the venue is located within a commercial facility and there will be many customers who are not participating in the event.
*Sitting in front of any store or causing any nuisance is strictly prohibited.
*Please cooperate in securing space for passage.
