[Benefits you can collect]
3 points: Original clear file

*Please choose one member of your choice for each of the "Signed Polaroid" and "Handprint Colored Paper". There are items to be written on the point card, so please choose a member. If you do not choose a member, the member will be sent randomly.


[Regarding point allocation at each venue]
Customers who purchase products worth 3,000 yen or more at the venue's sales booth will receive one points exchange ticket.
Please bring your point card, ID (one with a photo or two without photos), and point exchange ticket to the authentication booth at each venue. Points will be awarded once authentication is complete.
New point cards will be distributed at the authentication booth.

・The following identification documents are required for identity verification. Please do not forget to bring them with you on the day of the event.

1. One type of "Photo ID" (something that can verify the person's name, address, and photo)
Or,
2. "ID without photo" (something that can verify the person's name and address) Two types
*One of the two types must be able to verify the person's address.
*Two of the same item are not permitted.


*For details on identification documents, please see "Identification Documents" below.
*Expired identification cards will not be accepted as identification cards.
* Points will not be awarded if the information on your photo ID (name, address, photo) does not match the information on your point card, or if you forget your photo ID on the day, regardless of the reason.


"Photo ID" refers to the following. (No copies allowed)
・Passport (with address listed)
·driver's license
・Student ID with photo (address listed. Name can be handwritten)
・Basic Resident Registration Card
・Disability certificate
・Residence card
・Alien registration card
・My Number Card (only when presented in a case so that only the front is visible)
・Digital student ID
・Certificate of enrollment in a preparatory school operated by a school corporation


"ID without photo" refers to any of the following documents with your name printed on them. (Copies not accepted)
・Health insurance card
・Copy of residence certificate
・Family register
・Family register extract
・Seal registration certificate
・Pension book
·staff identity card
・Credit cards and cash cards (a combination of a credit card and a cash card is not considered "two types")
・Student ID without a photo


The Individual Number Notification Letter and My Number Notification Card cannot be used as a "document to prove your My Number" or as "identification."
Bankbooks, medical examination cards, bills, various membership cards, admission passes to facilities, annual passes to theme parks, and various postal items are not treated as "identification documents" even if the name and address are printed on them.


*During this campaign, each person will be limited to one point card. Points can be earned on each day, with a maximum of one point per day.
* Only the cardholder can authenticate the point card. Please note that we do not allow any other person to give points to you.
*Before authentication, please be sure to fill in the name, address, and email address listed on the back of your point card (the information you filled in when applying) and then come to the authentication booth.
*If you forget or lose your point card on the day of the release event, points will not be awarded. Reissues, transfer of points at a later date, and combination of points from point cards are not possible.
*Points will not be awarded on any date other than the date stated on the point exchange ticket. Please be sure to authenticate the point exchange ticket on the day you receive it. Please note that points will not be awarded if you declare it at a later date.


[How to apply using a point card]
Once all release events have been completed, please send your point card to the following address. Your application will be processed upon receipt of your card.

*If there are duplicate names, addresses, or email addresses, your application will be invalid. In this case, we will not ship the bonus, so please be aware of this in advance.
*If any of the above <Information to be filled in when applying> is missing or false, the stamp card and application will be invalid. Please be sure to check that the information on the point card is complete.
*The bonuses are scheduled to be shipped by the end of September, but if there are more bonuses than expected, shipping may be delayed.
