As for the meeting place, customers with admission ticket numbers who wish to take the group photo should gather in the foyer on the 7th floor.
Customers who have a ticket with a serial number and would like to take an individual photo should gather at the designated staircase in the order of their serial numbers. Customers in line should also check their numbers with other customers and line up in numerical order.
If you would like to receive an individual photo and your admission ticket number is 201 or higher, please gather in the foyer on the 7th floor.

You will receive one ticket for the special event participation ticket for Benefit C (Part 1 to Part 4) per transaction. Please choose which part of the special event participation ticket you would like.
The participation ticket for the special event C (parts 1 to 4) will include a numbered ticket for either a group cheki or an individual cheki. On the day of the event, priority will be given to customers with a numbered ticket for a group cheki.

There will be no CD sales at the venue on Sunday, December 24th. ASP tickets will only be given to products purchased at the venue on Saturday, December 23rd.
If you have a participation ticket, please come to the location listed on this page in time for the doors to open.
Customers who do not have a "Special Event Participation Ticket" or "Admission Number Ticket (Group Instax or Individual)" for the talk and special event on Sunday, December 24th will not be able to enter.
All bonus items are available in limited quantities. Distribution will end as soon as the planned number is reached.
[Notes and application method]
●Please note that we cannot accept any changes, additions, cancellations or refunds after your reservation has been accepted. If you wish to add something, please fill out a new reservation form and let us know. In that case, we will charge you a separate shipping fee.
●Reservations must be paid in full in advance in cash. Please note that credit cards and 2D code payments are not accepted. Please fill out the necessary information on the [Reservation slip] (store copy/customer copy) and submit it at the venue.
●The reservation form (customer copy) will serve as a receipt.
●Reservations are accepted for delivery only, and pick-up at the store is not possible. Your item will be delivered to your home by Yamato Transport's courier service.●Shipping fee is a flat rate of 900 yen (tax included). Please note that we cannot ship to overseas destinations.
●The product is scheduled to arrive on the release date. However, delivery may take longer depending on weather and traffic conditions.
●If the product is defective, it will be exchanged for a good product instead of being refunded.
●Yamano Music will strictly manage the personal information of customers who make purchases in accordance with the law. We may send you information about products, music classes, etc. via direct mail.
●Please be careful not to lose this receipt until you receive the product.

★Individual member photo session★
3 ASP tickets = You can participate in individual member photo sessions.
*You can choose members for both individual and group sessions.
*ASP tickets will be collected from everyone who will be photographed during the shoot.
Please note that if you do not have an ASP ticket, you will not be able to take photos together.
Example: If there are 2 customers and 1 member: 6 ASP tickets will be collected and 2 photos will be taken.
*Preschool children can have their photos taken with their parents.
If only children are photographed, we will collect the necessary number of ASP tickets.
The staff will make the decision as to whether or not a child is a preschooler.
■ Prohibited acts
*An action that takes time to take a Polaroid photo.
*The act of forcing members to eat or drink.
* Forcing members to wear items specified by the customer (e.g. T-shirts or costumes)
*Touching members.
*Please place your bags and other belongings before collecting your ASP ticket, or bring them with you when you participate. (Placing your belongings on the ground after collecting your ASP ticket is prohibited.)
■ Notes
*Those who do not have the "Special Event Participation Ticket," "Admission Number Ticket," and "ASP Ticket" will not be able to participate in the special event.
*Please note that CD shop bonuses or any other bonuses cannot be included with products purchased at the venue.
*We will not accept returns or refunds for the affected products. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product.
*The serial numbers for the "admission serial number ticket" will be distributed randomly.
*"Special event participation tickets", "entrance serial number tickets", and "ASP tickets" can only be used on the day of the event. They will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
*The special event will be held with a splash prevention sheet between the attendees. Wearing a mask during the special event is optional.
*We will close the reception when there are only two customers left in the queue for the special event. We will not be accepting any more reservations after that, so please be careful and queue up early.
*Please note that due to event space limitations, the special event may end even if there are customers waiting in line.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue. This may result in the event being canceled.
*Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers at the venue.
*Please refrain from reserving a spot by leaving your luggage or sitting down within the facility or venue. Please refrain from leaving your luggage or other items to reserve a spot for your companions or from cutting in line after you have arrived. Please note that you may be asked to move at the instruction of staff.
*The use of picnic sheets, ladders or platforms, or climbing up steps to view the exhibits is prohibited in all areas.
*Staff may remove any luggage that is left behind. The organizers and facility will not take any responsibility for any luggage that is removed.
*Please refrain from staying up all night at the venue as this will cause inconvenience to local residents. If we find anyone staying up all night, we may cancel the event.
*Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited at the event venue.
*Bringing dangerous items or alcoholic beverages, and participating in the event in an intoxicated state is prohibited.
*Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied participation in the event.
*Please note that during events, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please take care of your own valuables.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. on the day will be borne by the customer.
*In order to ensure that everyone who has gathered can enjoy the event, we may guide small children and people with disabilities to a place where they can see easily, such as the front row, just before the event starts. We ask for your understanding.
*There are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk.
*Please note that the content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
*If the event is deemed impossible due to force majeure such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transportation strikes, the event will be canceled (including mid-event cancellations).
