<About the official resale service>
If you suddenly find yourself unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, this service allows you to resell your tickets at the original price to anyone who wants them.
If the resale is successful, we will refund the amount remaining after deducting the resale application fee, bank transfer processing fee, and settlement fee from the ticket price and various fees.
*The resale application fee (10% of the ticket price) and the remittance handling fee of 275 yen will be borne by the customer.
* All fees except for payment fees will be refunded.
