Regarding the handling of portrait rights and publicity rights of artists, we ask that you please follow the instructions below.
 
1. Use of artist photos, illustrations, etc.
Artist portraits are subject to portrait rights and publicity rights. In addition, official artist photos are copyrighted by our company and photographers. They cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without our permission.
The following actions are prohibited except for those that are for personal enjoyment.


・Production, sale, and distribution of merchandise using the artist's photo, name, logo, character, etc.
・Production, sale, and distribution of merchandise featuring the artist's portraits and illustrations
・Advertising use of the artist's photo, name, logo, character, portrait, illustration, etc.


The above actions may constitute a violation of rights, and if discovered, we may ask you to stop and take legal action.


2. Regarding infringement of portrait rights, publicity rights, etc.
Recently, there have been many cases of unauthorized photos and videos being uploaded to social media. These actions are a significant infringement of the artists' portrait rights and publicity rights.
We ask that any photos or videos uploaded without permission be promptly deleted.
Fans are welcome to post their own photos and videos of the concert on social media. Please follow the rules of each artist when posting.

These rules are necessary to protect artists and ensure their continued activity.
We ask all fans for your understanding and cooperation in order to create an environment in which you can continue to support us with peace of mind.
