■How to participate
On the day of the event, from 11:00 a.m., customers who reserve the designated products at the special counter near the event space will be given a "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" and "ASP ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have a "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number," please gather near the event space 15 minutes before the start of the mini live. You will be guided to the priority viewing area in front of the stage in order of your serial number. If you are not at the meeting place at the appointed time, you will be admitted from the back of the line.
<About reservations>
*Reservation registration and reception is only valid at the event venue on the day.
*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
*Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register your reservation.
*Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure you can receive them.
*When registering for a reservation, please scan the QR code posted at the event venue with your smartphone/mobile phone (some models excluded). Press the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender's address, and then send the blank email.
*When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
*Please select the product you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.
*You can choose to pick up your pre-ordered items at Tower Records Otsuka store or have them delivered (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
*Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the QR code for payment at the cash register at the venue.
*After confirming your reservation details, we will hand over the bonus items according to the product. Changes, cancellations, or refusals to receive the items cannot be made after payment has been confirmed.
*After paying for your pre-ordered item, you will receive an email stating "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item," and your reservation will be complete at this point. Please keep this email safe as it will be required when you collect your item in-store or when making inquiries about shipping. Payment methods are cash, credit card (lump-sum payment only), and QR code payment (d Pay, PayPay, au PAY, Rakuten Pay, Merpay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay). Coupons and point cards cannot be used. Also, cashless payment may not be available depending on the connection conditions. In that case, we will only accept cash. Thank you for your understanding.

<<About receiving>>
*Items can be picked up at the store from the evening on the day they arrive.
*When receiving your product, please open the order information URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
*If you have requested delivery, we will deliver your order in order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information email titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your order."
*Products can be reserved for 4 weeks from the release date.
*Please note that we will not be able to collect your item after the reservation period has expired. In such cases, we will not be able to refund your payment.

★Handshake event★
One ASP ticket will entitle you to participate in a handshake event with all ASP members.
★Group shot★ (taken with multiple members at the same time)
ASP tickets: Number of members you wish to join + 2 tickets → You can participate in a group photo session with multiple members you wish to join.

★Individual member photo sessions★
3 ASP tickets = You can participate in individual member photo sessions.
*You can choose members individually or in groups.
*ASP tickets will be collected from everyone who will be featured in the photo shoot and photographed.
Please note that if you do not have an ASP ticket, you will not be able to take photos together.
Example: If there are 2 customers and 1 member: 6 ASP tickets will be collected and 2 photos will be taken.
*Preschool children can have their photos taken with their parents.
If only children are being photographed, we will collect the necessary number of ASP tickets.
The staff will determine whether a child is a preschooler or not.
■ Prohibited matters
* Encouraging members to eat, drink, write, operate a smartphone, or touch anything
*All customers are prohibited from hugging, putting their hands around the shoulders or waist, or touching the members' costumes.
*Actions that take time to take a photo with the Instax
* Taking photos with a Polaroid camera by members or customers
* Forcing members to wear items specified by the customer (e.g. hats, sashes, T-shirts, glasses, etc.)
* Excessive touching of members
* Handing over gifts
* Any other actions deemed prohibited by on-site staff
*Please place your bags and other belongings before collecting your ASP ticket, or bring them with you when you participate. (Placing your belongings on the ground after collecting your ASP ticket is prohibited.)
*Those who cannot comply with the above precautions and prohibited items may be refused participation. We ask for your understanding. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Dangerous behavior such as diving, surfing, moshing, lifting, circling, etc. Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers. If any dangerous behavior is discovered, the live performance may be ended.
■ Notes
*Jumping and calling are not permitted at the venue.
*Photography is permitted during the mini live. Video recording is permitted only with mobile phones and smartphones. Taking photos and videos during rehearsals and special events is strictly prohibited.
*Those who do not have an "ASP ticket" cannot participate in the special event.
*The number of "Numbered Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets" and "ASP Tickets" are both limited. Distribution will end once the planned number is reached.
*Please note that CD shop bonuses and any other bonuses cannot be included with products purchased at the event venue.
*Returns and refunds for the affected products will not be accepted. If there is a defect, we will exchange it for a good product.
*Facility point award services and parking services are not included.
*Serial numbers for the "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly.
* "Numbered Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets" and "ASP Tickets" can only be used on the day of the event. They will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
*Wearing a mask at the special event is optional.
*We will close the registration once there are only two customers left in line for the special event. No more registrations will be accepted after that, so please be careful and line up early.
*Please note that due to event space limitations, the special event may end even if there are customers waiting in line.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue directly. This may result in the event being cancelled.
*Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers at the venue.
*Reserving a spot by leaving luggage or sitting down is prohibited within the facility or venue. Please refrain from leaving luggage or other items to reserve a spot for your companion, or from having your companion cut in line after you. Please note that you may be asked to move at the direction of staff.
*The use of picnic sheets, ladders, platforms, etc., and climbing up steps to view the exhibit are prohibited in all areas.
*Staff may remove any luggage that is left behind. The organizers and facility will not be held responsible for any luggage that is removed.
*Please refrain from staying up all night at the venue as this will cause inconvenience to local residents. If we find anyone staying up all night, we may have to cancel the event.
*Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited at the event venue. Please use the designated areas for eating, drinking, and smoking.
*Bringing dangerous items or alcoholic beverages, or participating in the event while intoxicated, is prohibited.
*Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied participation in the event.
*Please note that during the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please take care of your valuables and other belongings at all times.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. on the day will be borne by the customer.
*In order to ensure that everyone who has gathered can enjoy the event, we may ask small children and people with disabilities to move to a location with a good view, such as the front row, just before the event begins. We appreciate your understanding.
*There are no lockers or cloakrooms inside the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk.
*Please note that the content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
*If it is determined that the event cannot be held due to force majeure such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transport strikes, the event will be cancelled (including mid-event cancellations).
