[Monday, October 13th (National Holiday)] ASP & BiTE A SHOCK Autumn Live Festival will be held at Oheso Hiroba in front of Izumi Chuo Station!

We are pleased to announce that the ASP & BiTE A SHOCK Autumn Live Festival will be held at Oheso Hiroba in front of Izumi Chuo Station!
 
On the day, there will be a mini live performance by two groups, special photo tickets for sale, and a photo session.
Please come and enjoy the Onagawa Autumn Harvest Festival 2025 in Onagawa Town on Sunday, October 12th, and the event in Sendai City on Monday, October 13th (national holiday)!

*Two types will be sold: ASP Pack and BiTE A SHOCK Pack.

Numbered priority viewing area admission ticket
*For each purchase of one of the above products, you will receive a numbered ticket for the priority viewing area, with your choice of either Part 1 or Part 2. If you purchase two or more items, you will receive one ticket for each part.
*Per transaction, only one "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" will be given to each person per transaction.
 
*All products and bonuses are limited in number. Sales and distribution will end once the planned number is reached.

■How to participate in the event
・Mini live
If you have a "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number," please gather near the event space 15 minutes before the event starts. You will be guided to the priority viewing area in front of the stage in order of your serial number. If you are not at the meeting place at the appointed time, you will be admitted from the back of the line.
 
・High touch event
One high-five ticket will entitle you to participate in a high-five event with all members of ASP and BiTE A SHOCK.
 
・Joint group photo shoot
One joint photo ticket will allow you to participate in a photo shoot with one member of your choice from ASP and one member from BiTE A SHOCK.
 
*The following will be implemented for each group of ASP and BiTE A SHOCK*
 
・Group photo shoot
4 photo tickets - Group photo with 2 members or members only
5 photo tickets - Group photo with 3 members or members only
6 photo tickets - Group photo with 4 members or with customers and members only
7 photo tickets - Group photo with 5 members or members only
8 photo tickets - Group photo with 6 members or members only
 
・Individual photo shoot
3 photo tickets = 2-shot photo with 1 member or solo photo
 
*You can choose members individually or in groups.
*After collecting your photo ticket, please open the standard camera app on your device, turn off the Live Photos and Motion Photo functions, and then hand your device over to the staff.
*We will collect and photograph photo tickets for everyone who will be featured in the photo shoot.
Please note that if you do not have a photo ticket, you will not be able to take photos together.
Example: If there are 2 customers and 1 member: 4 photo tickets will be collected and 2 photos will be taken.
*Preschool children can have their photos taken with their parents.
If only children are being photographed, we will collect the necessary photo tickets.
The staff will determine whether a child is a preschooler or not.
*Photos will only be taken with smartphones or mobile phones. Please note that we will not take photos with game consoles with cameras or other cameras.
 
■ Prohibited matters
* Encouraging members to eat, drink, write, operate a smartphone, or touch anything
*All customers are prohibited from hugging, putting their hands around the shoulders or waist, or touching the members' costumes.
*An action that takes time to take a photo
* Taking photos of members or customers
* Forcing members to wear items specified by the customer (e.g. hats, sashes, T-shirts, glasses, etc.)
* Excessive touching of members
* Handing over gifts
* Any other actions deemed prohibited by on-site staff
*Please place your bags and other belongings before collecting your photo ticket, or bring them with you when you participate. (Placing your belongings on the ground after collecting your photo ticket is prohibited.)
*Those who cannot comply with the above precautions and prohibited items may be refused participation. We ask for your understanding. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Dangerous behavior such as diving, surfing, moshing, lifting, circling, etc. If any dangerous behavior is discovered, the event may be ended.
 
 
■ Notes
*Jumping is not permitted at the venue, but cheering is allowed. Please refrain from shouting in a way that disturbs other customers.
*Photography is permitted during the mini live concert regardless of the equipment. Videography is permitted only with smartphones or mobile phones. Taking photos and videos during rehearsals and special events is strictly prohibited.
*Those who do not have a photo ticket will not be able to participate in the photo session.
*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets with serial numbers" and "photo tickets" are both limited. Distribution will end once the planned number is reached.
*Please note that products purchased at the event venue will not come with any other benefits other than the priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number.
*Returns and refunds for the affected products will not be accepted. If there is a defect, we will exchange it for a good product.
*Facility point award services and parking services are not included.
*Serial numbers for the "priority viewing area admission ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly.
* "Numbered priority viewing area admission tickets" and "photo tickets" can only be used on the day of the event. They will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
*Wearing a mask at the special event is optional.
*We will close the registration once there are only two customers left in line for the special event. No more registrations will be accepted after that, so please be careful and line up early.
*Please note that due to event space limitations, the special event may end even if there are customers waiting in line.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue directly. This may result in the event being cancelled.
*Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers at the venue.
*Reserving a spot by leaving luggage or sitting down is prohibited within the facility or venue. Please refrain from leaving luggage or other items to reserve a spot for your companion, or from having your companion cut in line after you. Please note that you may be asked to move at the direction of staff.
*The use of picnic sheets, ladders, platforms, etc., and climbing up steps to view the exhibit are prohibited in all areas.
*Staff may remove any luggage that is left behind. The organizers and facility will not be held responsible for any luggage that is removed.
*Please refrain from staying up all night at the venue as this will cause inconvenience to local residents. If we find anyone staying up all night, we may have to cancel the event.
*Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited at the event venue. Please use the designated areas for eating, drinking, and smoking.
*Bringing dangerous items or alcoholic beverages, or participating in the event while intoxicated, is prohibited.
*Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied participation in the event.
*Please note that during the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please take care of your valuables and other belongings at all times.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. on the day will be borne by the customer.
*In order to ensure that everyone who has gathered can enjoy the event, we may ask small children and people with disabilities to move to a location with a good view, such as the front row, just before the event begins. We appreciate your understanding.
*There are no lockers or cloakrooms inside the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk.
*Please note that the content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
*If it is determined that the event cannot be held due to force majeure such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transport strikes, the event will be cancelled (including mid-event cancellations).
